I lead engineering work on agentic systems: agents that manage product backlogs, review code, and triage production issues, along with the platform and orchestration underneath them. Most of what I write is about the unglamorous parts of enterprise AI, the process, ownership, and failure handling that decide whether any of it works.
I live in Flower Mound, Texas, with my family.
